I work at the point where agricultural science meets software: building the tools a faculty actually needs, and the models that make plant systems legible.

01 Tools

Software I build and run. Some are open to colleagues, some are still on the bench.

Lecture Board

A university timetabler. Drag lectures onto a week, and it enforces the rules a human forgets: room capacity, lecturer clashes, theory before lab, retake years, elective pools. Exports straight into the university's own OBS format.

Meristem

A survival simulation in which you are the plant. Light, water and nutrients are the whole economy; every growth decision is a bet on next season. Built on a model written first in Python, then ported.

More to come

Everything I build that outgrows a single folder ends up here, on its own address under this domain.

02 News & updates

What changed lately, newest first.

  1. The Lecture Board is online

The timetabler now runs at its own address, reachable from anywhere with a Yaşar e-mail — no VPN, no client to install. Sign in with a one-time code and your own timetable is waiting.

  2. This site

A home for the tools, and somewhere to write down what changes. Everything I build will live under this domain from now on.

03 About

I am at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies at Yaşar University, in İzmir. My work runs from field-facing agricultural science to the software around it — timetabling, data pipelines, and simulation.

This page is deliberately small. The work is in the tools above.
